Grilled Fresk-O Cheese OR Cheese Kebab


  • 1 package Fresk-O Cheese (Green or Yellow Label)
  • Oregano (Optional)
  • Olive Oil
  • Skewers

Pre-heat your indoor or ourdoor grill to High heat.

Cut Fresk-O Cheese into wide, 1/2 inch thick slices and if you want lightly brush each side with olive oil and Oregano or just leave it plain.

Carefully place on very hot grill for just a few minutes on each side, until lightly browned and gently crisped; do not over-grill.

Fresk-O Cheese is best served immediately, while it is slightly crispy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside.

Grilled Fresk-O Cheese can be eaten just as it is. Delicious!!!!!
