Caramelized fennel and grilled Queso Fresco

YOU CAN EASILY GRILL THESE CHEESE IN THE OVEN:
• Preheat oven to 500°F (260°C).
• Spread out the cubes of cheese on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
• Grill in the oven for 5–7 minutes.

INGREDIENTS
1 tbsp (15 ml) melted butter
1 tbsp (15 ml) honey
1 tbsp (15 ml) chives
Salt and freshly ground pepper
1 fennel bulb, sliced
1 cup (250 ml) Fresk-O Queso Fresco Cheese, cut into cubes and grilled.

PREPARATION & COOKING
• On a parchment-lined baking sheet, mix all the ingredients together except the cheese.
Cook in the oven for 10–15 minutes or until fennel is tender and caramelized.
Serve with the grilled Queso Fresco.
